If you frequently send emails every day, then repeated for a job as writing the signature affixed our names and addresses of our offices or at each end of the closing greeting emails can be a tedious and even forgotten. Would be easier if our signature will appear automatically when you send an email.
To do this the steps are as follows:
1. From Outlook Express select "Tools" menu
2. On the "Tools" menu select "Options"
3. Click the "Signature"
4. Select "New" and add the contents of the signature on the "Edit Text".
5. Select also "Option" delivery signature, if we do not want to send the signature on each "Reply" and "Forward" to enable the option "Do not add signatures to Replies and Forward".
We also can send creative signature that we have made in other files by enabling the option to attach a signature that we have made it. And if we have a lot of email accounts, we can choose an email account which will include the signature. To do this, do the following:
1. Select the "Tools"
2. Click "Options"
3. Select the "Signatures"
4. Click the "Advanced" near "Edit Signature".
5. Dialog box will appear the new "Advanced Signature Settings" where we can choose an email account that will automatically display the signature.
