First you login to your Yahoo email and do the configuration as follows:

Then open MS Outlook Express program and make the settings as below:

  1. Click the Tools - Accounts.

  8. Fill in the email account name you login. If your email emaillesson @yahoo.com Account then fill in your name with emaillesson.
  9. Fill in Password with your password.
  10. Click Finish.
  11. In the Internet Accounts form, choose email you just created and click Properties.
  12. Move to the Advanced tab.
  13. In the field Server Port Numbers - outgoing mail (SMTP) filled with 465.
  14. In the field Server Port Numbers - Incoming mail (POP3) filled with 995.
  15. Give the check (click) in the This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
  16. Click the OK button.

Now please try to download your email from Yahoo. How, click the icon Send / Receive and select the name of the email before you make. Or icon can also click Send / Recv - Receive All.

If you have MS Outlook Express setting you correctly then you can download your email from Yahoo.
